Cuts out after few seconds of driving. seems like contactor or wiring issue.

unit cuts out while driving, seems to buck then stop going in reverse. cuts out automatically driving forward. I dont see any electrical schematic inside. If anybody has electrical schematics. That would be much appreciated.
