Hi Experts for Crown,

Crown WP2315S, freezer aplication

I have problem with pontenimeter (F/R), changed it serveral times, about 1-2 months. It is failed, the truck can not Fw or R, sometimes forward is ok but no backward

Anyone have experienced this, pls share me info to solve it

My manager complainted me so much because of changed many pontenimeters for these trucks

the heather is only a resistor as you know, but may be a crack wire or a internal fail. may be works for a little time and after the heater fail and at this time the frozen damage the pot.

you already test the WP, in a warm enviorment for a long time?

should be a fail in the heater and this broken the pot.

Just I checked pot and it's failed. Not yet check the heater

what causes the heater broken ?
Did you experience this, how to check, pls share your ideal ?

This have heater for pot.

If checking wiring for a short caused that why the truck runs ok when replacing new one ? whether have another reasons

How understand overworking for this ?

If this is a freezer application truck is the heater for the pot working and/or overworking (literally burning pot)? I would also check the wiring for a short that is causing the pot to fail
