Crown SP3400 glass sheild replacement

Been a very long time since I attempted this and I think the last one I did was on the old wire steer model. Anyone have any tips on the glass replacement? Don't see anything in the 3400 book about it.

You've got to be very careful when installing the new shield.
It can break during install.
It's easier to install with 2 technicians.

Does the customer absolutely want a glass again ?
There is a wire matrix screen (might not be the proper name) that can be installed, instead of continuing to use another glass shield.
