crown 40tstf20 wont move when lifted

Have 2 of these trucks just put together off the skid.All operation normal but when you raise cab 3 to 5 inches you lose travel reguardless where guidance switch is.Any ideas.Cust has no wire in floor and might not put in.

well i guess the BIG question now is were you planning to run them on the wire?
OR
u just wanted to get them to run as normal and didnt care about the wire guidance?

pulled guidance cards and sent to crown they sent them back and now no guidance.Trucks will run as normal

sounds to me like a limit switch on the mast not set correctly.

more info like complete model number and serial might be more helpful
is this a turretlift?

Not positive now I had to call crown to get cards redone so it will run not on wire
