Crown 20MT rabbit switch removal

I have a customer that wants to remove the rabbit switch and lock down the truck to slow mode, but where I am having a question is where to get a cover for the whole that is 1.25"x.75", that is left after I remove the switch, and leaving an open hole is no option. any of you know a good place stateside to order that cover?

the leave it in but remove the wire was were I got involved;
customer says; "we have this switch, and if it is there it has to work so can you remove the switch".
changing the whole cover 1/2 seems a bit extreme, heck I could make a cover/plug out of wood easier than change the cover 1/2. and that may be what happens,,,
wood and glue and chewing gum...

Cant you just leave the switch where it is & just remove a wire of the back to stop it working?

Might be a cheaper / easier solution.

edward t..........you are going to have to replace the whole cover. You shouldn't have an issue finding it at any parts supply house.........PN: 88753-003

The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
