Crown 2007 RC5530C error code 743

Hello,

I have a Crown RC5530C 2007 and when we lower the multifunctional handle all the way down it stops and error code 743 comes up, but when we lowered slowly it does not. Can someone help explain how to calibrate it?

Did you ever figure out this issue? I'm having the same problem now with a 2010 Crown RC5520-30.
