Cranks But won't start

Bought this forklift yesterday, Ran good, Got it home and it would not fire, came in this morning fired right up and ran for 30 minutes, died and would not start again.

If you let it sit for few hours she will start and run for 5-30 minutes and than die and not run again for awhile.

when it won't start, don't believe it is getting hot.

has 4cyl motor year 1990

Thanks in advance
