Is handset zapi compatible for the models sc4500?
the controller is a DUAL AC2

Yes it compatible. But you need the crown/Zapi handset. Flight Systems Industrial Products in Carlisle, PA has a universal Handset available. It works on all ZAPI controls.

No, the SC that had Zapi controllers was the Sc3000 range. SC3000 has Zapi contollers, SC4000 has master/slave GE Gen II SX units, SC4500 (A/C) has Access units as does SC5x00.

Controller settings are via Access 1 dash display.
