Hi.
If going from frontal mode to side mode, the it will reply on the rear 90degree proxy first.
If going from side to frontal mode it will be the front right 0 degree proxy.

If going from frontal to side ways mode, the actual joystick selection will start to rotate the rear wheel to 90. Once it sees the 90 degree proxy it will the start to change the front wheels to 90. Once the front wheels get to 90 the sequence is completed.

If you need help tomorrow, please submit the info on that form linked below and you can add a phone no and one of the tech team will call you and help you through it.

Hope this helps.

Hi,
We deem foward mode is when you are sitting in the cab looking in the same direction as the forks are pointing.
If you are changing from regular forwad mode to side mode, the rear wheel turns to 90 first until it gets to the rear 90 degree proxy. Then the front starts to turn to 90 until they reach the front left wheel 90 degree proxy.
If changing from side mode to frontal mode, then the front wheel change to 0 degrees (0 degree proxy) then the rear changes to 0 degrees.

Hope this helps.

Hi richard
it is the proxy but now the front wheels turn in to position then the rear after the front ones have turned? are they meant to all turn together?

Hi.
Combilift have a dedicated technical team to help in the UK (free). You can contact them (and any of our technical team across teh world) using the "Technical Support" contact form at the bottom of the combilift web site www.combilift.com.
Here is the direct link, https://warranty.combilift.net/technical-support-form/

Based on the details provided and if this is the change from forward mode to sideways mode, it is most likely a loose 90 degree proxy on the rear not been seen.

Check the clearance on the proximity switches, also check for any wear on the turntable bearings, if they are ok it may be the hydraulic pump that has gone weak. I had one and with a load on the machine it struggled to turn because the pump pressure was low.
