Unit hasn't been ran for 2 years, charged batty and now get a 242 handle code. suppose to have been fine when parked. What does code mean and where can I get list of codes and repairs for same

242 is a handle comm error. Check the wiring connectors at the handle. Your local dealer can get you a service manual with the diagnostic codes and diagrams.
