Discussion:
Codes D1.63 and R2.09

I could really use your help...
First the charger was plugged in to the lift not the battery.
Intrument Display quit working so was replaced.
Now it powers up but when we press the operator switch it displays the following codes:
D1.63
R2.09

Serial Number B470n01788v
Model N40xmr2

Could you please email any information that you can. I called the local dealer and they were unable to figure this out.

I believe what you are looking at is the battery set-up menu.
D1.63 sets the "dead voltage" and r 2.09 sets the "reset voltage" for the BDI. not familiar with the model numbers. try hitting the horn button several times, if there is an enter key on the display try hitting that a few times.

in addition, you may have a pinched horn wire in the joy-stick, as these codes dont generally show up, it is part of the set-up menu.
