Discussion:
codes - 2b - 6q - f4

I hava a raymond with codes - 2b - 6q - f4 - They are sparatic and its usually fine then it will stop. The operator also said that it lost its plugging ability but i have not been able to confirm it. It works fine for me. The unit was really dusty and i blew it out. The ignition switch had a couple loose wires and smelled burnt so I replaced wire connectors and cleaned out switch and tested it. Its tests ok but I still think its the problem or part of the problem. Can someone tell me what the codes are?

Thanks!

2B - Drive shutdown - main transistor current sensor out of range
FG - Check battery - vehicle manager +12vdc out of range.

Check battery voltage first and verify battery is good. Check Key/EPO circuits as mentioned above. Check 12 volts at jps2-1 and jps2-2 in parallel on the VM connector. If no 12 volts id be looking for a short or a component pulling down the 12v. let us know if its there or not.

Here's the codes descriptions :
-2B : Drive shutdown (main transistor current sensor out-of-range)
-6Q : Shutdown (Lift circuit detected shorted)
-F4 : Shutdown ( Computer Card COP Timeout)

Lift won't lift/travel when thoses codes appears that can explain the lost plugging.
A resistive key switch or loose wires at key switch can cause thoses problems.
