Dead other than bdi showing fully charged. K-1 tries to come in, chatters and drops out. Pump contractor also tries to come in.

I am noticing a code 303 in a RC5500 series, could you let me know where do I start?

Both codes refer to Access 3 low or no power. Did you start with battery condition? Fuses (FU3/FU5)? key switch etc?
