Got a Raymond unit with ZAPI system and unit works but the customer says it has a steering issue. When connecting the ZAPI handset it goes straight to code "Chopper NO OK".

Anyone know what that means?

Probably you need the ZAPI ULTRA CONSOLE instead of the older handheld.
