Only happens when unit is traveling forward, shuts down and honks horn three times. Code not listed in the book.

It depends on ser #. 2 manuals, depending on how high ser# goes. Is your ser# higher than 83001?
There are no E codes with 2 digit #s, Only C codes. C36 is power steering, needs re-learn, steer sensor whacked, damaged.
