Jhon thank you again for guiding me in the right direction. I opened up the engine harness and found broken wires throughout it. After repairing the wires the code went away. I hope this helps others with this same code.

Intake presure sensor and fuel/inlet ratio flow incorrect.
Check your wiring on carburator and above oilfilter, the wires break often due to vibrations of engine. Open up the complete cable near the plugs
