I seem to be having a similar issue. I'm getting service codes #398 and #823 not accepting calibration for reach position sensor and tilt position sensor, showing 0 volts on display. Anyone have any suggestions would appreciate it, thanks

Are you measuring voltage at the plug (CA834)? I'll do some reading to see and get back to you.
