Check the PTC that connects across the large terminals on the line contactor. If it is missing or not connected the capacitor in the controller will not stay charged. This will cause a code 51. Also make sure nothing is connected to the supply side of the line contactor like a scanner or radio. This will also cause a code 51. Code 52 is a motor encoder error either the drive motor or the pump motor.
