Berner Oy has signed an agreement to sell the Berner's Machinery business to Logisnext Finland.

With the acquisition, the business and representation of the Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks, Combilift and Dulevo sweepers brands will be transferred from Berner to Logisnext Finland.

The professional and experienced personnel of Berner's Machinery business unit will also be transferred to Logisnext Finland with the acquisition and will continue to serve customers.

The acquisition is part of Mitsubishi Logisnext Group's Europe-wide organisational reform. Mitsubishi Logisnext has integrated its operations and optimised its materials handling and logistics solutions in Europe since 2020.

Logisnext Finland Oy is a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe (MLE) and a wholly owned sales company. As such, customers' existing machine lease agreements will be transferred to Logisnext Finland.

Berner has represented the Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks brand in Finland since 1976 and has worked with Combilift since 2001.
