Discussion:
Code 41 with jerking travel

Control handle would not calibrate so it got replaced. Unit is still jerking in travel but only gives code 41 when direction is fully selected. Jacked up unit to remove encoder belt and got code 32. Tried calibrating controll hanlde a few times but still jerking in travel and only codes when handle is pushed to full speed.

Model as a 31IR 40tt

Yea it a old unit but still works well.

OK after seeing this in print I answered my own question. What works when trying to go full power? Its the 1A contactor tips where welded shut. After 17 years of doing this something so simple kicks my *** but it happens to us all sometimes.
