Same here on ours it was the green and white wire. But I found that the 393 code doesn't show up in the book.

Thank you for this post, the wire, white in my case was broken off exactly at the end of the female end of above described connector.

Skilled labor isn't cheap, Cheap labor isn't skilled.
This problem is almost always an internal brocken wire at the encoder deusch connector in the steer knuckle

same problem here...336 Drive Motor encoder. I just replaced the drive motor encoder to solve the 336. Event code 393 Encoder LOS(Limited Operating Strategy) LOS control Mode is on as a result of a motor encoder event or the truck stalled (Event code 373) Possible causes
ECR bad
ECR wires
Truck is stalled
Follow troubleshooting steps for event codes 336 or event code 373.

Fact of the week
Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
