Discussion:
Code 35 issue

I have a problem with a Mitsubishi FB16KT S/N EFB4B00034. The truck came in on the back of a rollback uncovered on a very rainy day and the new shop porter plugged in the battery and drove it into the shop ( He knows better now). Water had gotten into the control compartment and all three boards were wrecked. We sent them to Flight Systems to be repaired. The H board and the Drive board were repaired but the Logic board had a bad CPU and could not be repaired so we had to purchase a new one. The repaired boards and the new logic board were installed and now I am getting an error code 35. The manual indicates that there is a problem with the current sensor 3 wiring and or the sensor its self or the logic card. This is a contactor truck and not a chopper so there is not a current sensor 3. I am thinking that there is a programming parameter that needs to be changed or the logic card is not correct for the contactor configuration. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am sorry to have to say but I am a bad forum user. I lost track of this post, note the date was from 2013, I should have posted a follow up. Better late than never so here go's. This model came in two different configurations. One was with contactor controlled hydraulic functions and one with chopper controlled hydraulic functions. The truck I was working on was contactor controlled and the replacement board and software on it was for the chopper controlled version. Once I got the correct software it was installed and all was fine with the truck.

Thanks for your reply, I will try to keep up with my post better.

This truck does have 3 current sensors the Pump motor sensor is conected to a 325 Amp fuse that is in turn connected to the pump IBGT, in fact all three sensor are in a line with each other and sit over the buss bars. As to the logic have you set the dipswitches to the same position as the old unit ,this tells the logic what the truck is, mast and size of hyd. valve ,4 or 3 wheels. If you need more info please come back to me.
