Drive motor has shorted to the frame. This could be quite a number of things.
First insure the static strap in the rear is still touching the ground. If it is not, then replace it. If that didn't fix it, check the voltage at access 3, CA403-3 with the seat switch active. If you see way to much battery voltage or not enough check FU3 on the DB.
If you see the correct voltage at the access 3, then replace that module with a known good access 3.
