Lift won't move all connections to access 3 good. Fuses good, wiring good to m1 & M2. Anyone have ideals be much appreciated, ty

More than likely in my experience it will be a failure in access 3. If you have another RC with same software swap and see if code transfers or goes away. If it does replace access 3.

The first polymer banknote was a commemorative $10 note issued in 1988 to mark the Bicentenary.
