Ying YLT20-15ET2:
Code 23

I have a Ying, EPJ, Walkie that will not move. Tha unit turns on and has a full charge but will not move and shows Code 23. does anyone have any idea what this code is? I found the website with model number and have reached out to them but i have not gotten a response. any help would be greatly appreciated
