Code 23 to code 21

If you diagnose a code 23 to replace the Q1 and rec then get a code 21 after replacing the Q1 and Rec check the Rec. We have been noticing the Rec that comes in the kit from Raymond is the wrong part.

You probaly have 24 volt trucks without regen.
36 volt with regen uses extra rec.
