I have this cat 2ec25 it will travel both directions, when you let off the gas pedal in forward it codes out code 15 no regen, now if I have it in reverse and l let off the gas it has regen no code

A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
