Code 12 and 25

Serial: FV00255
We have codes 12 and 25 when you put it in forward. Truck won't move in fwd. but has reverse.

Can someone point me in the right direction? please.

According to studies published in the English Journal of Medicine, the impact of daylight savings is revealed by a 24% increase in heart attacks on the Monday following the spring shift forward. When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
