Code 06 No forward travel, intermittent

Can someone tell me what this code is for?

Code is displayed when TB11-5 or TB11-6 are less than 60% of battery volts and TB11-1 is less than 2-1/2 volts.

FWD or REV contactor will not energize.

Long story short. I'd check FWD REV switches and/or pot adjustmen/setup first.
