I believe that code is controller is seeing reverse switch on start up check for welded or miss adjusted reverse switch check for short on wire p5 of controller if you fond nothing wrong possible controller problem.

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
