Have problems with EPM N 25 its Clark truck.
The steering stops and driving
Sometime's I drive with the truck and after 30 minuts its stops only lifting works.
And sometime the steering stops after 10 seconds and I restart several time's and he start again for one hour and It got same problems.
I did measerments on steering module the wire coming from print Nr.60 its coming from PB3 is 1.7 volt and the negative is there. When I move the direction lever forw, or backw steering works.
But when he's stops and driving stops to the measerment is on steering modul wire 61 near 80v (battery voltage)!!!!!
When filter 1 is defect is it possible but when I make restart he works good
Maybe you have somethink like this before and what are all the voltage coming from the Card And why is drive in safety
I did several measerments on the Rec 2-5 and one The print card is IC 3645 EV S1
Type truck EPM N 25 type 375 1308 GEF 6053

The accelerator voltage at terminal 1,on the SCR card is good(3.5vdc off, 0 vdc @Full Throttle)?
YEs all it was the first test I did
It's like a ECS-25. EV-100 S1 card. Did you test the hand brake switch,foot brake switch and the accelerator switch, for continuity?
But there is mounted EV 100 its same like in amerika, same controller
Is the EPM 25 a stand-up 3-wheel truck? Clark doesn't sell that particular model, in the United States.
