That is true partsguy5 ,Contact your local Clark dealer, if you lift is new enough they may upgrade or change the regulator under warranty.
Going on memory here but does this truck have the 2.4L Westport/Hyundai engine? If so when you replace the regulator/vaporizer did they give you a up grade kit? They had issues with the early versions of these and now have a up grade kit to replace them.
With the new emissions equipped trucks it is sometimes necessary to connect to the truck to determine what the problem is. Does the display on this truck show any fault codes?
The reg is brand new the lock off is electric and functioning well. I replaced the reg because the machine had a lack of power the dealer said it could be the reg so I changed it. After changing the reg I got all the power back for 3 days and then it went back into limp mode so I checked the filter under the prop tank and it was kinda dirty so I cleaned it out and its still in limp mode. The dealer suggested hooking it up to a comp diagnostic but wants to charge me 110 per hour, I'd like to avoid that.
Sounds like lack of fuel. Is the regulator frosting up? if yes that indicates poor or no coolant flow. If your lift has a vacuum lock-off (VFF30) check the vac hose to the lock-off valve or the filter may be plugged inside. If you have a electric lock-off confirm it works (clicks) or try running the lift without it.
Also if the lock-off is electric, you may have a propane filter inside the bulkhead fitting/housing attached to the frame or below the tank.
Tank fittings damaged hoses can also cause fuel flow loss.
If you have the woodward fuel system the mixer diaphragm may have failed.
