I would tread very carefully dealing with Chinese manufacturers at the moment through experience I have found tech support and parts supply to be very hit and miss at best. Quality is still a long way behind the likes of Toyota Hyster/Yale Crown etc. Running gear on IC machines and electronics on electric and warehousing may be western/Japanese its the way they are put together that causes problems welds breaking on the OHG chassis failing etc and yes I have seen this on lots of occasions. Chinese warehousing equipment in particular I would avoid like the plaque. Im not saying that Chinese trucks wont catch up with the rest its just from experience they are still a long way behing the rest at the momment
Thanks for sharing, were thinking of co-working with a Chinese company on one of the projects.
We have sold forklifts from EP for a couple of years. When we started to deal with EP they were an OEM supplier of HC, now they have their own productline for most models. We have some machines running in realy rough envoironment like the concrete industry and the quality of both EP and HC is nothing to worry about. We put in batteries from local suppliers and equip the machines with attachments from different suppliers and it works very well.
Check out Industry News on the forum and see my reply to angel q - I can't speak about the other brands you mention but I can totally recommend Hangcha both as a product and as a supplier.
