I have a TCM forklift £¬charging pump 12N53-80321, FD20-30T3 leaking , The oil drips out at about 1 second intervals at idle and almost stops when the engine is revved.
custmer said that caused by a pin hole , but as far as i know , if indeed as pin hole , the symptom is not like above..do you know why?

if on suction side, you have less dripping when rpm increases (and air foam in the reservoir tank) drips a minute do not matter much.
You would have to post it on youtube and give to link address.

if the 'pin hole' is on the suction side, then the symptoms you mention are correct.
