Crown WP3035-45:
Charging issue

When I plug the charger in the battery voltage jumps to 31-32vdc then it stops charging and light turns solid green. Batteries are all 6.19-6.21vdc. Voltage drop when lifting is 1vdc. I am assuming that the charger is bad?
