steering unit could rotate 360 degrees, little plat on the big ring gear wheel was broken, potentiometer is damaged to.
fixed this, but can't calibrate the steering pot.

I'm having the same problem with the BT C3E150 forklift. It's similar to Cesab.
customer has pressed buttons and entered calibration. This caused the steering potentiometer to become defective.
Replace the steering potentiometer, turn it 5 times to the right against the stop and then 5 times counterclockwise to get to the middle. I then have 2.5 Kohm. The steering wheel can also be rotated 360 degrees, so when do I know how it is properly positioned clockwise and counterclockwise with calibration? This means I cannot pass the calibration.
Could you send me the manual te set up calibration in dashboard?

Cesab all sorted now - thanks to everyone who contributed to this thread.
Hi, I just talked to a friend who works at Cesab. Hence, the 2 controls Zapi AC2 you see are both for traction, and control the traction motors, 2 while the electronic Panel that is mounted below pump control is ilo.
On the metal part of the electronic Panel where I fixed 2 AC2 you should have printed a M e a S, which stands for traction control traction control Master and Slave.
By logging in to the control Master drive you should be able to make your calibrations.
Send you by email the AC2 control manual and the manual of the PlayStation Zapi.
Good Morning Mirko c - the machine is fitted with two AC2 units I guess one is hyd service and the other will be for drive as with the earlier Blitz 315 we look after ? ( all be it different model units ).

A question, control Zapi AC2 is for a single phase motor, while the Cesab Blitz has 2 three-phase motors, if I am not mistaken.Sure that the control is the right one, or you're working on the pump control and not on that drive?

This alarm signals that the steering potentiometer is out of range. The fault concerns one of the followings conditions:
- the “SET STEER 0 pos” parameter (straight wheels programmation) is wrong (lower than “SET STEER MIN” or higher than “SET STEER MAX”).
- the steering potentiometer feedback signal is out of the parameters definite window (.“SET STEER MIN” and “SET STEER MAX”)
In the first situation repeat the direction potentiometer acquisition. In the second situation repeat the
potentiometer acquisition
