CAT M50DP -- No errors on display yet truck won't move...

My CAT won't move. It does everything else right lift, steer etc...
I pulled the cover on it put the logic board in diag mode but the instructions there fail the clarity test!
It says at the top of the block:
SYSTEM CHECK WITH STATIC DIAGNOSTICS
Disconnect battery prior to disconnecting drive fuse.

Since I can't find a "drive fuse" any where on the schematic, I'm pretty
much at a stand still.
There is a line fuse attached to the line contactor. However when I pull that fuse, the display still shows d.
I've tested that fuse and its good.
Anyway I just want to cycle thru the items in the list but can't get past that fuse...

Battery voltage is a 37.1 so I do have a partially charged battery.

At turn on the line contactor does pull in and a few seconds later drops back out. No other contactors do anything...
Thanks in advance,
Calvin

Fact of the week
At the opening ceremony of the Sydney Harbour Bridge in 1932, marching bands were instructed to walk out of step as they crossed the bridge. This unusual directive was given as a precaution due to concerns about the bridge's structural integrity during its early use.
