Discussion:
CAT EC25K S/N: A3EC24 , SWAP FROM 600A CONTOLLER TO 740A CONTOLLER

want to swap mentioned controller. beacause of operations conditions of the truck. truck has a fork spreader working in a brick factory, in my opinion it have a small controller(600A) feeding a motor(11") for a heavy application.
do someone have similar case that can comment plis?
if i swap it; will it be as easy as to mount new one (740a) and to configure parameters using the handset. or needo to do some other changes.
Thanks in advance

what sort of problems are you having that make you want to put a higher amp controller in it?
-no power?
-overheating?
-blowing power fuses?
-short brush life?

the 11in motor is designed for the 600 amp controller and putting a larger control in it could lead to undesirable problems
