Cat C6500 Depowering.

I have a Cat C6500 fork lift. It starts up good but while i am running across the parking it will be running fine and than it will depower. I can turn key off and start it back up and i have full power for about 3 mins and than it will depower again. Also it is showing a e38 code. Any help would be great. Also that e38 code means that the lp vaporizer is bad but it cranks up great and runs good?

The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
