CARER Z25M RAPID SN.10374 error “Betriebsfehleranzeige” P47

Hello, Can someone help me with this problem?
I client of ours has got an old Carer forklift, now it gives an error "Betriebsfehleranzeige" P47. I don't have any information about this forklift, Can someone give some direction on what this error means or were to look at.

Hello Speedfreak, it's an old Sevcon MCM controller with a DC motor.
The problem is solved now, we had to replace the controller.

What controller is used?ac or dc system, i do have some info on older carer but would need to know what controller is used
