Have you removed the long plastic arm rest panel recently?

The service switches at the front under the dash on the bracket are easily caught when refitting this panel, one of these switches is for emergency brake release & will throw error code E104.

Its a common issue on the older Reflex machines.

Dear sirs,
I have just solved this problem. I have double checked and found that the battery voltage is very low although the battery indicator show full (100%). So the truck can not work correctly.
Anyway I also thank you so much for your advice.
Regards

Replace the 300 amp fuse on the A2 card.

Check the 3 pump motor cables are secure.

You didn't happen to untwist the 3 cables when working on the motor?

Dear Mr Forkingabout,

I have checked the battery cable to K10 contactor and A2 card. It is OK.

I have checked the blade fuses inside the motor compartment and they still good.

I replaced the genuine BT part but I did not replace the horn before repalcing the sensor bearing.

I also try to swapping the A1 controller with A2 controller but the problem is the same.

Sometime the truck appear error code E228 or 231 when lift the mast with high speed.

I know that I do wrong something. So please help me in this case with more detail.

Thanks & Regards

First thing would be check the battery condition then check the battery + cable up to the K10 contactor & - cable up to the A2 card.

To get E104 & E107 errors when driving / lifting points to a lack of correct voltage issue.

Have you checked the blade fuses inside the motor compartment?

Did you remove the armrest panel during the repair?

Genuine BT part or SKF speed sensor bearing fitted?

Horn replaced before the bearing?

Hi,

For the error code 104, check the brake coil wiring, it may be short some where or brake coil faulty..

For 107 Error.. there may be the cable no 22 somewhere in the truck is in contact with truck body.. or hyd oil/ dust may shorten to the cable no 40.

Good luck..
