Brakes sticking on first start up

Can anyone give me any ideas on how to fix the brakes from slightly sticking when first firing up forklift? Thank you.

Parked inside. Takes about 2 mins of idling before brakes release.

Are you parking lift outside?
If so try parking inside for a couple of days and see if that helps
