Boss CD16C heater relay

Does anyone know were the heater plug relay should be located on the model truck. It is a 4 wheel diesel counterbalance with perkins 104-19? engine. It looks to be Jungheinrich truck paint in Boss orange. The wire going to the heater relay rail has been cut and the customer uses the dreaded easy start. It starts very easily and when warm starts with no heat. I have looked every were, can't even find it in the parts list.
