Toyota ELECTRIC:
blowing fuses

Everything works; lights, forks, even forward. But when I shift to reverse it blows one of the 10 amp fuses down and to left of the steering column. I've taken everything apart looking for what I assume is a short somewhere but have found nothing. Please help.
