5 amp use keeps blowing in fuse box noted fuel,need help why.

a little more info would help.
is this motor an ECS 4y?
does this unit run on gasoline? LPG? both? CNG?
have you closely eyeballed the wiring to the fuel pump if gas, and the regulator and lock offs if LPG?
