Discussion:
Blowing fuses Need HELP

So my Hyster 50xt keeps blowing the ign +1 fuse and I can't find out why. When the fuse blows all electrical power is gone but if you press the gas the engine is still running and will rev up. I changed the ignition switch and it also has a new starter. The problem didn't start until I replaced the starter. I have taken the new starter off and reinstalled it to make sure I installed it correctly and the problem is still happening. It is completely random when it does happen. So sometimes it will drive for a whole day and wont blow the fuse and the next day he starts it and it will blow the fuse.

Check wiring around starter for any sign of wear etc since it started after replacement of starter also look at where wiring for starter goes down from harness when you pulled on wires they may have gotten caught or rubbing engine

Andrew,

Since this only happens every so often, suspect you have a bad wire rubbing frame. First remove both front turn signal light if you have them. If fuse stops blowing, check light harness. If that doesn't work, unplug the strobe light and try again. Good Luck.

The hard to do we do right away. The impossible just takes a little longer.

Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
