Discussion:
Blowing fuse and loss of all power

Hello,
I have a WP2000 jack and couple times now within a few weeks the unit has blown the FU2 - Control Circuit Fuse (the 10A fuse to the lower right of the key switch) Any ideas on what may be causing this? Other than this issue the jack works fine, but when the fuse blows its dead. Any and all ideas are welcome.

Thanks

No luck with the harness in the handle. Only part of the harness that had any wear was down at the knuckle and it was only the corrugated loom over the harness. Anybody have any other ideas?

Thank you for the reply. I'll look into it and post back here if I find anything.

That is most likely to be a harness problem. I have replaced many with blown fuse/ travel issues. The biggest problem is...you can't see it until you remove the control handle from the steer knuckle and look up inside. The harness rubs every time you pull down on the handle and eventually short to the truck
