Discussion:
BDI Adjustment Procedure

I am looking for the BDI adjustment procedure for a Cat 2EC15. We recently had all our battery's PMed by an outside contractor (Enersys). I was informed that on our 2EC15 truck the BDI is off 50%. I do have some techs here that are capable of adjusting the truck BDI just not the procedure for doing it.
The truck is serial #A2EC161271.
Looking forward to all your help.
Thank You, Mickey

Hello I am having the same issue. Battery is good. Truck shows dead in an hour. Will not read full unless you take the battery directly from a running charger and plug into truck.
