Discussion:
Battery charge suddenly drops to zero

There is nothing on this issue in the service manual. The lift will be working fine with charge between 30 and 70% and if turned off and back on the charge will read 0. It is very intermittent. Usually we turn it off and then back on once or twice and it resets. Sometimes we have to get it on the charger for a few minutes and then it will reset. The battery charges and holds charge except for this.
