Atlet Ergo AJN 160 error Drive Motor Regulator

Hello,

We have a Atlet Ergo AJN 160 Stacker which we recently acquired.

During loading for shipment it was functioning fully until it stops working. Our guess was the batteries were empty. After allowing the batteries to fully charge we tried the truck again. Now the cooling fan turns on and steering is working. But no movement front/rear and no lifting of the forks is possible.

The display indicates 4 green light for battery and the terminals read 24V. Leaning towards the fact that the batteries are ok.

The error code 02A60 shows up. According to the info I found online this means this is an internal regulator error related to capacitor charge. It is suggested to replace the regulator.

But we want to know what caused the damage first, before we blow another regulator. We are wondering if depleting the batteries caused the damage to the drive motor regulator? Is this capacitor something that we can interchange? We are hoping not to get a fully new regulator.

Kind regards,

Bob

that cause because the battery was discharge, or you have bad battery
or weak battery or old battery if you battery is 4 years old have battery check and tested by a battery company if more then 4 years you have to replaced the battery too you have to replace the controller and check the battery
with multimeter to see what voltage the battery really have , any thing lower then 20volts is a problem with you battery,
good luck,

Fact of the week
Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
